Are your staff security checked? Yes all of our girls are security checks and have police clearance.


Are you insured? – Yes, Pink Cleaning is a fully-insured cleaning company. We have full public liability cover, which in case of an accident or any kind of damage to your property, will cover the full price for compensation.


Are your services guaranteed? – Yes, we guarantee you will be satisfied with our service. In case you are not satisfied, we will make every effort to fix this for you.

What methods of payment do you accept? – We accept cash, bank transfer, card and cheque payments.


What services do you provide? –We do Domestic cleaning, office & commercial cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, window cleaning, oven cleaning and deep cleaning.


What areas do you cover? – Pink Cleaning provides cleaning to all areas from Fremantle down to Mandurah. See areas we cover here

Domestic Cleaning

Who provides the cleaning materials and products? – All Pink Cleaning staff wear uniformed smocks and come with a fully stocked kit & equipment right for the job. Providing cleaning materials and products is included in our price.


Can the cleaner come when I am at work? – You can leave the keys to our cleaner. We hold a strict policy for keeping keys safe. Other convenient arrangements can be made depending on your needs.


Can I have a regular appointment set? – Yes, Pink Cleaning will work with you to ensure that your regular cleaning needs are met and you have the same staff member.

Can I specify the day of the week the cleaner comes? – We do our best to make sure your needs are met. You are free to choose which day the cleaner comes. In case there isn’t an available cleaner, we will suggest the alternatives and try to find a suitable arrangement.


What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning? – In this unlikely scenario, contact us and we will see what we can do to rectify the situation for you.

End of Lease Cleaning

Are there extra charges? Once we have seen your property and discussed all of your needs, we should be able to give you an accurate quote. Our prices are a guide to start with as we only charge you for the time we are there cleaning. Additional services like carpet cleaning, window cleaning will be extra.


Who provides the cleaning equipment? – We carry all the required cleaning products and equipment. All the cleaners need is access to your property, water and electricity.

How soon can you send the cleaners? – We make our every effort to schedule the cleaning as soon as possible and to suit your needs, so will work with you to set a suitable time for everyone.


Is my presence needed? – We only need access to the property. We can arrange picking up and bringing back the keys with you.
